A Full House of 5 Star Hygiene Ratings for Longbow Venues

Last month we had surprise visits from The Food Standards Agency at two of our venues: The Maynard and The Peacock at Owler Bar.

We’re delighted to have been awarded 5-star hygiene ratings for these venues, in addition to existing 5-star hygiene ratings at The Ashford Arms and The George Hathersage.

A Combined Approach to Excellence

At all Longbow Venues, our teams take pride in their work, their working environment and the systems that underpin such excellence. Our kitchen team is always hard at work with precision cleaning processes, audits and the paperwork that comes with maintaining such high standards. Our front-of-house team supports these processes with a collaborative approach, resulting in the well-deserved achievement of a 5-star hygiene rating.
