We’re thrilled to announce that Adrian Gagea, the executive chef at Longbow Venues portfolio, will be showcasing his culinary talents at this year’s fair on Sunday, September 1st at 3:30pm in the Culinary Theatre. Known for his innovative approach to British cuisine, Adrian will be cooking live, where he’ll prepare dishes that beautifully blend traditional flavours with contemporary techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity to see Adrian in action, demonstrating the skills that have made The Maynard, The George and The Ashford Arms a premier dining destination in the Peak District.
