
Longbow Venues celebrates loyalty in July 2025 long service awards
At Longbow Venues, we believe that great hospitality starts with a happy, motivated team. That’s why we’re passionate about recognising the incredible people who power our success.
We proudly celebrated our 6th anniversary this month, launching on 18th July 2019 and beginning trading in 2020. In just six years, we’ve experienced significant growth, both in size and ambition. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our talented teams.
Recognising loyalty and commitment
As part of our ongoing Longbow long service awards, we hold quarterly celebrations where all staff members are invited to honour our colleagues who have reached key service milestones.
At our July 2025 event, held in the Chatsworth Suite at The Maynard, we honoured employees celebrating 1, 3 and 5 years of continuous service across our venues.
Managing Director, Rob Hattersley, hosted the event, sharing a message of gratitude and heartfelt thanks as we acknowledged the contributions of team members who make Longbow what it is.

We truly believe in our ethos that people come before profits and our long service awards are one of the ways we show appreciation to the team. Our award recipients are recognised with a selection of gifts including wine, Parker pens, luxury chocolates, hampers featuring produce from our local Peak District suppliers and vouchers for celebratory meals and overnight stays at our venues.
These gifts reflect our gratitude and ongoing commitment to creating a workplace culture where people feel valued and rewarded.
