My Longbow loyalty club is our loyalty programme that enables members to earn points on purchases of food & drink, at our Longbow Venues.

 

Points are awarded as below:

  • 3 points for every £1 spent on food & drink

 

These can be altered at any time without notice. Currency rewards expire after 12 months if not redeemed.

 

 

To join the My Longbow Loyalty Club, members must be residents of the United Kingdom or Channel Islands and over 18 years old. We will not be able to send communications to any guests under the age of 18 until they reached the appropriate age of consent.

 

To sign-up for a membership guest must do so online at www.longbowvenues.com or specific Longbow Site websites. Points can only be redeemed once membership is completed and a membership number has been allocated.

 

MY LOYALTY CLUB

 

My Longbow Loyalty Club is issued by and remains the property of Longbow Bars & restaurants Ltd, who reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the membership or points at any time, or to altered or amend the condition of operation of the My Longbow Loyalty Club scheme, or to terminate the scheme at any time without notice.

 

My Longbow Loyalty Club is not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.

 

Members may be removed from the club due to inactivity for a long period of time or any time at the discretion of Longbow Bars & Restaurants Ltd.

 

Your My Longbow Loyalty Club membership is not a credit account.

 

Special offers, updates, and invitations will only be communicated via marketing emails to loyalty members or via the My Longbow app; therefore, marketing consent must be given during sign up to receive full member benefits. Without marketing consent, members can still earn points and receive rewards. To receive your birthday reward members must provide their date of birth.

 

MY LOYALTY – POINTS

To earn points within our venues your digital membership must be presented at the time you pay your bill. Points are only collectable on food and drink purchases.

 

If you do not have your digital card at the time of payment, an itemised receipt can be emailed to myloyalty@longbowvenues.com within 28 days to credit points to your account. Please allow up to five business days for the points to be added manually.

 

The £10 credit upon activating your card comes into effect 24 hours after you activate your membership and is only valid for one month and can only be redeemed when purchasing food.

 

You can earn points for any transaction where payment is made at any participating Longbow Venue locations. Points can only be added when a unique membership number or QR code within the app can be provided when the transaction is made.

You must at least spend £1 in a single transaction to qualify for points.

 

Points are awarded as below:

  • 3 points for every £1 spent on food & drink.
  • These can be altered at any time without notice.
  • The current redemption value of points is one-point equals one penny. This can be altered at any time without notice.
  • Points cannot be earned against accommodation, gift card purchases or experiences.
  • Points cannot be redeemed against when offers and discounted items are on your bill.
  • Points can be accrued when discounts are applied.
  • Points cannot be earned against purchases where in app or account reward currency is used as the payment type.
  • Accrual and usage of points is based on drinking and dining in the bar and restaurants.
  • Points have no cash value.
  • Points can only be earned as set out in these terms and conditions.
  • Points cannot be pooled or shared with other members or transferred to other members.
  • Points & monetary value will expire 12 months after accruement with the exception of specific offers and benefits issued by Longbow such as Welcome £10 is valid for 1 month only.

 

Please note: Points can only be earned from food and drink from our standard menus in our bars and restaurants. Points cannot be earned for private event hire, corporate events and weddings.

 

MY LOYALTY – REDEEMING REWARDS

 

From time to time, we may offer selected members special rewards based on their card usage or other factors. Please let us know when you are claiming your reward at the time of booking or on arrival and you must present your loyalty QR code at the start of the payment process.

 

Redemption of these offers may have their own conditions in addition to those presented here. i.e. the reward/offer is available with the purchase of two main meals to qualify.

 

Rewards can only be redeemed once. Each reward has its own terms and conditions for redemption and its own expiry date. Reward expiry dates cannot be extended, and rewards cannot be reinstated.

 

Reward/Offer/Discount is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

 

These rewards, offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. They are only applicable to the loyalty member.

 

Only one card can be used per table.

 

Rewards are excluded on these days unless specified on New Years Day, Valentines, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mothers Day, and Fathers Day.

 

MY LOYALTY – BIRTHDAY REWARD

 

You will receive a complimentary bottle of Durello Italian Sparkling Wine when you order two main meals at any Longbow Venue. You must be a member of the My Loyalty Club to claim. The reward is redeemable once at the Longbow Venue of your choice and can only be used up to to 7 days before or 7 days after your birthday.  You are entitled to one use per person.

 

MY LOYALTY – EXPIRY AND CANCELLATION

 

All rewards, discounts, promotions and offers will have individual expiry dates that cannot be extended or reinstated. If a membership is inactive for a consecutive 12-month period we reserve the right to remove all points, rewards, privileges, and discounts.

 

We reserve the right to withdraw or change our loyalty programme at any time. This includes changes to how points are earned, how rewards are issued, what rewards are, and our processes. Members can cancel their membership at any time. If a membership is cancelled all points and rewards will be forfeited.

 

We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued points and rewards and/or suspend your right to collect points, redeem rewards and discounts, if you are in breach of these terms and conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your membership or if you supply false or misleading information to us.

 

MY LOYALTY – LOST, THEFT OR DAMAGE

 

If you lose your card, phone, or have reason to believe someone else has access to or has used your card or membership account, you must let us know immediately for us to freeze your membership. Please let us know by emailing myloyalty@longbowvenues.com

 

Longbow Bars & Restaurants Ltd shall not be liable for points that are redeemed between the time the card is lost and receipt of a member contacting us.

 

In the event we suspect fraudulent activity on a member’s card, the card will be suspended, and we will contact the member via email to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

MY LOYALTY – CONTACTING LOYALTY

 

All membership queries and questions can be emailed to myloyalty@longbowvenues.com We aim to reply to emails within 72 hours.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

 

We would like to use the details from your membership, plus details on how you use your membership and what you buy in our venues, to improve our services and send you offers that may be of interest to you.

 

We may share your details among companies and any businesses that may process My Longbow Loyalty Club information on our behalf (e.g., printers who need certain details to print our mailings).

 

We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.

 

If you decide you would no longer like to receive these, you can amend your preferences by logging in to your My Longbow Loyalty Club dashboard at loyalty.longbow.com or via our app which is available through the Apple and Google app stores.

 

The My Longbow Loyalty Club card promoter is Longbow Venues, Unit 8, Warren House, Deepdale Business Park, Bakewell, DE45 1GT.

 

By joining the loyalty club, the member is pledging to be part of a community of likeminded, polite individuals. Any behaviour or communication deemed offensive, derogatory or abusive towards a member of the team, another member of the club, or a customer in a Longbow Venue, will result in revoking their membership and suspending their card.

MY LONGBOW – LIABILITY OF LONGBOW VENUES

 

Longbow Venues shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems.

 

Governing Law

 

This Agreement is governed by English law.
