What do we need?

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Events Operations Team Member. This role is flexible, seasonal, and perfect for those who enjoy hands-on work in a dynamic events environment. You will play a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly by preparing the function room, assisting with setup, and supporting general event operations.

About the job:

• Set up and arrange our Chatsworth Suite for weddings, private parties, conferences and other events according to the event calendar.
• Assist with moving, organizing, and storing equipment, furniture, and décor.
• Sort, stock, and replenish supplies and inventory as needed.
• Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and ready for events.
• Support the events team with any additional tasks as required, including minor maintenance or logistics.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including manual handling

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible, seasonal, and ad-hoc hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or similar roles is desirable but not essential
• Due to the rural location and nature of this role the successful applicant will need to have access to their own vehicle.
