What do we need?

We are looking for Supervisors to join our team at The George, Hathersage and The Maynard, Grindleford. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a knack for leading a dynamic team and committed to excellence, then we want to meet you!

About the job:

As the driving force behind our team your role will include:

• Leading by example: Inspire and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to deliver excellent service.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, where each team member feels valued and empowered.
• Service Excellence: Ensure that our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience through attentive service and impeccable presentation.

A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of operations within the hospitality industry.

Due to the rural location and nature of this role the successful applicant will need to have access to their own vehicle.
