What do we need?

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team and support operations in all aspects of our bar, restaurant, and hotel at The Maynard, Grindleford. It will be your role to execute the strategy and vision of the General Manager and is a people focused role with the guest at the heart of everything they do.

About the job:

Working closely with the General Manager you will:

· Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff

· Uphold high standards of service and cleanliness

· Foster guest engagement and address any concerns or feedback promptly

· Collaborate with various departments, including kitchen, housekeeping, and wedding & events to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service delivery

· Assist in implementing innovative strategies to enhance business performance

· Monitor financial performance

· Maintain inventory control

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
