The annual May Bank Holiday garden party at The Maynard

It’s that time of year again when the sun (hopefully) comes out, the beer, wine and cider glistens in the sunshine and everyone kicks back to the sounds of live music while looking out towards the glorious Hope Valley.

We LOVE the annual May bank holiday garden party and this year it’s back with a bang!

Live music all day

• 12-2pm The Oughtibridge Brass Band
• 2-4pm Steve McGill
• 4-6pm Fraser Lowrie

We’ll be joined by the musical maestros, The Oughtibridge Brass Band between Midday and 2pm.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing to this multi-talented large brass band in person before, then you’ll love it!

Immerse yourself in heart-thumping, foot-tapping ‘Last of the Proms’ style music as you thoroughly enjoy your garden dining experience.

Then Steve McGill will take to the stage from 2-4pm followed by Fraser Lowrie 4-6pm.

Inflatable fun

Back by popular demand are our inflatables and garden games. Not just for the kids! You’ve loved these at the last couple of garden parties so find these in the top garden.

BBQ & Outdoor bar

Our chefs will be smoking the best of BBQ classics on our outdoor grill and there’s an outdoor bar too to make those drink runs closer and easier.
