What do we need?
We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team. In this role, you will take ownership for coordinating digital marketing campaigns and channels that enhance the visibility of Longbow Venues, attract new customers, and drive venue bookings. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Communications and Marketing team to deliver marketing and communications campaigns that align with business goals and showcase the beauty of our Peak District venues. This role is primarily Monday to Friday but some weekend work may be required.
About the job:
· Digital Channel Coordination: Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including web, social media, email and paid for advertising, to drive brand awareness, bookings for our venues and revenue
· Social Media Tools & Strategy: Lead the evaluation and implementation of the best social media content scheduling tools to ensure efficient planning and execution of campaigns.
· Social Media Management & Growth: Oversee the coordination of existing social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
· Content Planning & Creation: Create strong and engaging content for Longbow Venues’ website, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Focus on reaching our audiences with the right messages, in the right way and at the right times.
· Asset Production: Be confident with creating visual assets (photos, video reels, infographics) to accompany engaging content across our digital platforms
· Audience & Venue Understanding: Understand our audiences and our venue profiles, to deliver targeted and engaging content to our customers across all digital platforms
· SEO and website optimisation: Coordinate SEO practices to ensure Longbow Venues ranks highly in search engines for relevant local, national and event-related keywords, focusing on driving organic traffic to the website
· Paid advertising: Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads etc.) from planning to execution, ensuring ads are targeted, on-brand, and driving conversions, especially for specific venue offerings and seasonal promotions
· Email marketing: Support the integration of a new email platform, creation and distribution of email campaigns, targeting new and existing customers with relevant information, offers, venue updates, and event promotions
· Data analysis and reporting: Work with the Campaign Manager and Social Media Assistant to analyse campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns and marketing strategies
· Market research: Stay up-to-date and share updates with team members on digital marketing best practice, hospitality marketing trends, competitor activities and with customer preferences and behaviours to inform marketing strategies
· Collaboration and team support: Work proactively with our venues, events team, third party agencies and colleagues to ensure that we anticipate digital marketing content needs.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing is required for this role.
This is an office based position.
