Digital Marketing Coordinator

Longbow Venues is a collection of pubs, restaurants, hotels and event spaces across the Peak District.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of our digital channels across six venues.
This is a varied role covering website management, SEO, analytics, digital campaigns, booking tracking, email performance and Longbow app management.
You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager, Head of Marketing and venue teams to make sure our digital presence is accurate, engaging and delivering results.
What you’ll be doing
Website & SEO
- Manage day-to-day updates across all six venue websites, including menus, offers, events, imagery and content.
- Keep website information accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Support the development of SEO through keyword research, on-page optimisation and improving organic visibility.
- Monitor Google Search Console and identify opportunities or issues.
- Work with our website provider/developers when technical updates or larger changes are required.
Digital Performance & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic, user behaviour and conversions using GA4 and other digital tools.
- Track where online bookings and enquiries are coming from.
- Use UTM links and campaign tracking to understand the performance of marketing activity.
- Monitor newsletter performance, including opens, clicks, traffic and conversions.
- Analyse blog and website content to understand what is driving traffic and engagement.
- Monitor app usage and performance.
- Produce regular digital performance reports and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Campaigns & Conversion
- Support the marketing team with the digital side of campaigns, promotions and offers.
- Support Meta/Facebook/Instagram activity from a digital performance perspective, including links, tracking and campaign reporting.
- Look for opportunities to improve the customer journey and turn more website visitors into bookings, enquiries and customers.
- Use data and insight to make practical recommendations to the wider marketing team.
Digital Channels & Listings
- Keep Google Business Profiles accurate and up to date across our venues.
- Maintain relevant third-party booking and listing platforms.
- Manage and update the Longbow hospitality app.
- Ensure information is consistent across our digital channels.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, analytical, curious and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in digital marketing.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management or a similar role.
- Experience managing and updating or developing websites.
- Good understanding of SEO.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- An understanding of website traffic, conversions and digital performance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with different teams.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable but not essential: hospitality or food & drink experience, experience with booking systems, email marketing platforms, Google Business Profiles, WordPress and working with external website providers or developers.

Where you’ll work
This is a predominantly office-based role, with opportunities to visit our venues and work with venue teams.
Salary: up to £40,000 per year
Working pattern: Monday–Friday
