Social Media & Creative Coordinator
We’re looking for our next Longbow Legend!
PASSION | PROGRESSIVE | CHARACTER | HERITAGE
Longbow Venues is a collection of pubs, restaurants, hotels and event spaces across the Peak District.
We’re more than just a hospitality group and believe in providing more than just a job. We put people at the heart of our business and put passion into everything we do – from great food and experiences to developing our teams and bringing our historic venues to life.
We’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Social Media & Creative Coordinator to join our marketing team.
This is a hands-on role covering social media, content creation, photography, graphic design and POS across our venues.
You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager, Head of Marketing and venue teams to bring campaigns, offers, events and our individual venue personalities to life – both online and within our venues.
What you’ll be doing
Social Media & Content
- Coordinate monthly social media content plans across our venues.
- Create engaging posts, Stories and Reels for Instagram and Facebook, with opportunities to develop TikTok content.
- Visit our venues to capture photography and video content.
- Write engaging social copy that reflects the personality of each venue.
- Schedule content using our social media platforms.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and new features.
- Monitor comments, messages and engagement across our channels.
- Help grow our social media following and engagement.
Creative Design & POS
A key part of the role will be creating professional and engaging marketing materials for our venues.
You’ll create:
- Posters and flyers
- Table talkers and promotional cards
- Menus and event materials
- Social media graphics
- Digital marketing assets
- Other printed and digital POS
You’ll take campaign briefs and turn them into creative designs that are clear, engaging and encourage customers to take action.
You’ll also ensure designs are accurate, up to date and suitable for both digital and print, working confidently in Adobe InDesign and Canva.
Each venue has its own personality, so you’ll need to adapt your creative style while keeping everything recognisably Longbow.
Campaigns & Paid Social
- Support the Campaign Manager with marketing campaigns across the Longbow portfolio.
- Create social and POS assets for seasonal campaigns, events, offers and launches.
- Support Meta advertising campaigns.
- Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve.
- Ensure campaigns are represented consistently across social, digital and physical POS.
Trends & Research
- Keep up to date with hospitality, food, drink and social media trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and bring new ideas to the team.
- Look for creative ways to showcase our venues and reach new audiences.
Reporting
- Monitor social media engagement and audience growth.
- Support the Campaign Manager with social media and paid social reporting.
- Use insights to understand what content performs well and help shape future activity.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive and organised, with a genuine interest in social media, content and design.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in social media, content creation, graphic design or a similar marketing role.
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content.
- Experience creating printed and digital marketing materials.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social.
- Good copywriting skills and a strong eye for detail.
- An interest in photography, video and short-form content.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- The confidence to work with different teams and personalities.
- A willingness to travel between our venues to capture content.
Desirable but not essential: hospitality or food & drink experience, Reels/TikTok experience, photography/video editing skills and experience working with influencers or content creators.
A full UK driving licence would be beneficial due to travel between our venues.
Why join Longbow?
- Christmas Day off

As this is a creative role, we’d love to see examples of your previous work.
Please include a portfolio or examples of your creative work with your application.
